We do not use cookies on our website.

 – To contact you in response to your submitted form (either the contact form of the registration form on Google)
 – To provide you with information about events
We do not collect data for commercial purposes and we do not send unsolicited messages.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming , we process your data on the basis of:
 – Consent: you give your explicit consent by submitting the form

5. How long do we retain your data?

We will not retain your personal data longer than necessary. In practice, this means:
– Form submissions are kept until a member has requested to cancel their membership. A cancellation is only valid after the confirmation of the secretary through emai

We do not share your personal data with third parties, unless this is necessary to fulfill your request or if we are legally required to do so.

Please note: we use Google Forms, which means your data is stored on Google’s servers. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf under the terms of the Google Workspace Data Processing Agreement.
